VISIONING JOURNAL
- WITH EXPRESSIVE ARTS -
(FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS)

Wednesay evenings 7 - 9pm

At Rose and Crown House
6 South St, South Molton, Devon

COST:  £10
(numbers are limited)

Visioning Journal with expressive arts uses a range of activities centring on the vision collage, and extended into creative journal and expressive arts in order to develop specific aims and objectives. Based on an approach originated by Lucia Capaccione, Visioning Journal is a way of 'Designing the Life of Your Dreams' and is an original technique of marrying the left and right brain for personal, project or group planning purposes.
It can be used for individuals, couples or small groups.
Visioning Journal brings a playful approach to making your dreams come true
and engaging your imagination in your 'real' daily life: at home, in business,
building a career, in relationships health and other areas you might chose.
In these times of unprecedented change, we all can rise to the horizons
of our heart's desire, or spiritual and personal aspiration, and with a bit of support
begin to enjoy a renewed friendship with our passionate Creative Self.
It is time to discover our true life purpose and follow it with playfulness,
enthusiasm and inspiration.
(No special artistic or creative talent is required, just an open mind
and an adventurous spirit
)

EXPRESSIVE ARTS WORKSHOPS

'Initiation through the Seasons' - a year of heart wisdom initiations honouring the sacred Celtic traditions of our land.

Eight themed Sundays in Bristol: January 30th, March 21st, May 1st,
June 26th, July 31st, September 25th, November 6th, December 11th.

Like the Aboriginal people of Australia, the Bards in our Celtic nation sang the history and philosophy of their time, and taught of the friendship of all life: for the individual soul and worldly self, for nature, for the gods and the stars of the created universe.  Through silence and solitude, we find this inner friendship with ourselves, and belong once again to the family of Life. On these workshops we will use expressive art, mindfulness, mandala creative journaling, celebration through song and dance, and time spent in nature where possible.  As we develop our heart awareness we will begin to see our lives in a different light, the light of inner knowing and understanding.

Cost: £50/day, £300 discounted price for eight festivals.
